Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Pueblo West seeks an Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) to support residents with daily care and medication assistance. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines while ensuring resident safety and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds Medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation), reads and speaks English, and has at least 1 year in elder care. PT Fri–Sun Nights.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Medication certification required: QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation.
• High school or GED is required.
• One year of elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry and daily routines.
• Support medication administration following established procedures and document accurately.
• Communicate changes in resident needs and collaborate with team to provide person-centered care.
