Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions (CLC/CLS) is seeking a dedicated caregiver to meet residents’ daily personal care needs and support medication administration under licensed supervision. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and teamwork within a diverse community of older adults.

The position involves assisting with ADLs, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care and medication administration, and partnering with nurses.

Qualifications

• Medication certification or equivalent as required by state; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, or Med Aide credentials preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year elder care experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with prescribed daily medication routine as directed and in accordance with state law.
• Monitor residents closely and report changes to supervisor or RN/LPN.
• Maintain documentation for medication administration and resident status.
• Restock medication carts and communicate needs to the team.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings addressing resident and departmental needs.
