Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months of work experience preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior aligned with Hilltop’s values and resident-centered care.
• Provide protective oversight of residents and ensure a safe environment.
• Support social engagement and transportation for events and activities.
• Ensure sanitation and safety of living and common areas; report hazards.
• Assist residents with transportation, including boarding and alighting from transport.
• Perform resident laundry and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, preparing for meals, bedtime routines).
• Promote positive customer relations and use residents’ names; maintain confidentiality and a helpful attitude.
• Answer radio/pager systems and respond to resident requests.
