Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Full-Time QMAP to join a rotating day schedule. The role supports daily resident care, medication administration under a licensed nurse, and personal care tasks.

This position requires QMAP certification (or equivalent), ability to read/write English, and a GED. One year of elder care experience is preferred. The pay rate is $20 per hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• QMAP certification or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily personal care needs of residents in alignment with mission and values.
• Anticipate, identify and report care needs; supervise medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Review MARs and administer medications accurately; document refusals and changes.
• Assist residents with ADLs; hygiene, meals, dressing, laundry as needed.
• Document and communicate resident status changes to supervisor.
• Attend monthly staff meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
