LEHR is seeking a motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join a team serving first responders and public safety professionals. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely support, handling inquiries, quotes, invoices, and order details while maintaining product pricing and data in NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficiently.
• Prepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with order-related inquiries.
• Support sales and customer service efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services including uniforms and equipment.
• Provide accurate uniform sizing, fittings, and measurements for vests and uniforms.
• Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock.
• Maintain and update product pricing and information within NetSuite.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP software
• Experience in the automotive parts, emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet, or public safety equipment industry
• Previous customer service, administrative, and retail experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting at $20/hour
• Part-Time/non-exempt

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 am 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate customer needs and ensure appropriate coverage during staff absences
