Job summary

LEHR in Ohio is seeking a motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide accurate, timely support for customers, process quotations and invoices, and assist with orders in a team-oriented environment.

The role involves sizing and fittings for uniforms, inventory replenishment, and updating pricing in NetSuite. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–2:30 pm at 6106 Bausch Road, Galloway, OH 43119. Compensation starts at $20/hour with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficiently.
• Prepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with order-related inquiries.
• Support sales and customer service efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending products and services including uniforms and equipment.
• Provide accurate uniform sizing, fittings, and measurements for vests and uniforms.
• Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock.
• Maintain and update product pricing and information within NetSuite.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment
• Basic mathematical and data-entry skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP software
• Experience in the automotive parts, emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet, or public safety equipment industry
• Previous customer service, administrative, and retail experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 am 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate customer needs and ensure appropriate coverage during staff absences
