HealthPRO Heritage seeks a Part Time Physical Therapist Program Manager for our senior living setting in Dwight, IL. This role leads clinical therapy staff, oversees quality, and develops programs to expand services in a person-centered care model.

You will supervise therapists, manage scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with hospitals and community providers to grow services while maintaining high standards of care.

Competenze

• Education in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy (or related).
• Valid state PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA licensure or licensure eligibility.
• 3–5 years of clinical rehab experience advised.
• Supervisory/management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership to guide a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Solid clinical knowledge of rehab principles and patient care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong scheduling, resource, and budget management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid rules.
