Job summary

Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) seeks a Part Time Psychiatric Services Program Supervisor to lead the team providing case management for adults receiving psychiatric services. You will review case records, conduct consultations, and ensure care meets the indicated level of care in a part-time, 20 hours per week in-office schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology and at least five years' experience with adults with substance use disorders or serious mental illness.
• Two years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and LMSW/LPC/LLP licensure required; limited license considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team that provides case management services to adults receiving psychiatric services.
• Review clinicians' case record documentation, conduct case consults, ensure standards meet level of care.
• Assist with client assessment of mental health and/or substance use treatment needs and document accordingly.
• Attend agency and stakeholder meetings to ensure quality of care.
