Job summary

Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) seeks a full-time Home-Based Therapist to deliver intensive community-based therapy to children and families in Kalamazoo County. You will provide weekly individual and family sessions, crisis response, and case management, collaborating with ISK and local agencies to support youth and families.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work, active LMSW/LLMSW/LPC/LLP licensure, and at least two years of relevant experience; a Michigan driver's license is

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensure as LMSW/LLMSW/LPC/LLP is required.
• Two years of experience working with children and family treatment is required.
• A valid Michigan driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive community-based treatment for children with serious emotional disabilities and/or substance use disorders and their families.
• Deliver weekly individual and family therapy, case management and crisis response.
• Coordinate with ISK, Circuit Court Family Division, DHHS and schools in a family-centered model.
