Job summary

Proactive Ingredient LLC is seeking a part-time Business Development Proposal Coordinator to help secure AI, BI, and data science projects by preparing high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to gather project details and ensure timely submissions.

This role offers hands-on experience in proposal writing and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to templates, content management, and opportunity research while developing

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of AI, data science, or BI concepts (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format proposals for AI, BI, and data science projects.
• Review RFPs to ensure accurate and compliant responses.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams to gather project details.
• Identify new RFPs, grants, and business opportunities.
• Maintain a repository of templates and past proposals for reuse.
• Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet requirements.
• Provide feedback to streamline the proposal process.
