HRM Services in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, is seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day community operations and maintain high-quality standards. You will build strong relationships with residents and coordinate tours, screenings, and lease renewals.

The role requires customer service experience, basic tech skills, and good organizational abilities. Responsibilities include rent collection, vendor bidding, filing, curb appeal, and regular staff meetings to ensure operations run

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Basic technology literacy (smart phone/computer) is expected.
• Strong organizational skills for daily operations and lease processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents
• Answer phone and emails
• Collect all required documentation and verification's for file processing on lease renewals and new move in files and submit for approval.
• Responsible for curb appeal of property.
• Process move out charges and paperwork
• Secure bids for expenditures at property
• Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs.
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software program
• Daily, weekly, monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives
