Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for Panama City Beach, FL. You will walk the property daily, address maintenance tasks, and ensure units are clean and ready for new tenants. This role emphasizes hands-on upkeep and customer assistance on-site.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. PTO is included; growth and internal promotion are emphasized in our culture.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site.
• Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
