Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC, doing business as Go Store It Management, seeks a Part-Time Property Manager to maintain our Warsaw, MO location on site. This role offers 20-25 hours per week with hands-on maintenance and customer-service duties.

You’ll walk the site daily, handle small repairs, coordinate repairs, keep common areas clean, and assist tenants on site. No college degree required; high school diploma and reliable transportation preferred.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation
• No college degree required
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, leaks, or issues
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, or patch repairs
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and common areas clean
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for new tenants
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation
• Assist on-site customers and provide help as needed
• Ensure the property presents well and operates smoothly

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
