Job summary

Premier Housing Management in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform daily and preventative building, unit, and grounds maintenance at multiple properties. The role offers 40 hours weekly, no on-call or weekend shifts, and compensation between $22 and $28 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities include completing resident requests, inspecting facilities, maintaining logs, and supporting snow removal and seasonal grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years residential maintenance or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance problems.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily general and preventive maintenance.
• Completes resident maintenance requests promptly and inspects property daily.
• Inspects vacant units and prepares for new residents.
• Operates mechanical equipment and supports preventive maintenance.
• Maintains maintenance log and keeps shop organized.
