Job summary

Premier Housing Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, MN, to perform daily and preventive maintenance across properties. The role involves responding to resident requests, inspecting and repairing buildings and grounds, and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

Position is full-time, on-site with no on-call or weekend shifts. Applicant must have 2+ years of residential maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with preferred electrical/plumbing/heating

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years residential maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary courses in electrical/plumbing/heating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily general and preventive maintenance on buildings, units and grounds.
• Handles resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Inspects and repairs buildings, grounds and vacant units before new residents move in.
• Operates mechanical equipment and tools and assists with preventive maintenance.
• Maintains logs and helps with seasonal grounds work.
