Job summary

USA Storage Centers is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day storage facility operations. The role centers on customer service, sales support for unit rentals, and handling basic administrative tasks.

The candidate will assist the Property Manager, maintain a welcoming facility appearance, and help manage occupancy, revenue, and delinquent accounts as needed. This is a part-time, hourly position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or facility operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with sales for rentals.
