Job summary

StoragePRO Management is seeking an outgoing Assistant Property Manager to oversee our Pueblo self-storage facility. You will establish strong customer relationships, assist sales, collect rent and fees, and help maintain the property.

This part-time role requires 15-20 hours per week with weekend availability. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on service, reliability, and growing opportunities within StoragePRO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning.
• Outstanding customer service. Self-storage, property management, retail, or restaurant experience ideal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities
