Storage Rentals of America is seeking a part-time Associate Property Manager to join our team. This role involves talking with customers, coordinating with maintenance staff, and driving between stores to manage day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and supporting sales growth across our self-storage properties. Ideal candidates will have prior storage rental or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work during

Qualifications

• Experience in storage rental or customer service management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability during business hours Monday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by helping customers understand products and services and following up with undecided clients.
• Provide customer service for self-storage inquiries, address complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Perform property maintenance and cleaning tasks, including daily walks and coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Handle routine paperwork and banking tasks and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
