Job summary

Storage King USA in North Denver is seeking an outgoing associate for an hourly, part-time role (28 - 30 hours) with weekday flexibility and some weekends. You will assist customers with self-storage rentals and promote our units and promotions.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, retail, or related fields and possess strong communication and organizational skills. MS Word/Excel proficiency is expected as part of daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, sales, marketing or property management.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for Storage King USA by showcasing units, products and promotions.
• Converting inquiries into storage rentals and selling units, parking space and merchandise.
• Developing relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Daily property walks and upkeep tasks to maintain cleanliness and security.
