Job summary

The Bellevue YMCA is seeking a part-time Full Circle Coordinator to guide engaging programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires leadership to plan activities across Spirit, Mind, and Body and to ensure safety and inclusion for all participants.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, build strong community relationships, and support ongoing program development while maintaining a flexible 25-hour weekly schedule, including Friday afternoons/early evenings for swim

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or combination of life/work experience and education.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body.
• Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community.
• Assist with administrative duties and program development.
