Job summary

The Bellevue YMCA is seeking a part-time Full Circle Coordinator to guide engaging programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires leadership to plan activities across Spirit, Mind, and Body and to ensure safety and inclusion for all participants.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, build strong community relationships, and support ongoing program development while maintaining a flexible 25-hour weekly schedule, including Friday afternoons/early evenings for swim

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift: 25 hours per week | Varied schedule (Must be available Friday afternoons/early evenings for our swim program!)
