LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director in Ohio to help grow the LifeWise program within the local community. You will lead relationships with schools, churches and families, coordinate fundraising and donor stewardship, and support a team of volunteers and staff.

The role emphasizes outreach, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring compliant operations, while fostering a Christ-centered environment for students and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or volunteer coordination is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.
• Ability to recruit, train and support volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising and donor communications.
• Recruit, train and support LifeWise program volunteers and staff.
