Job summary

WeROCK is seeking a Program Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day administration, logistics, and supply management for the program. The role reports to the Executive Director and involves training to run baseline operational workflows for youth running seasons.

Part-time, non-exempt (hourly) with 15 hours per week. Training occurs in Mission Viejo, CA. Majority of hours are remote, with some evenings and weekends for events. Requires flexibility and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Operational Reliability: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing physical inventory, gear, or supplies.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating cloud storage systems, sorting/tagging media assets, and working accurately within spreadsheets or data tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Inventory Management: Manage inventory, organization, sizing, and distribution of uniforms and gear across 6 school locations.
• Special Event & Program Support: Coordinate and set up for major events, including meetings, races, and the end-of-season banquet.
• Data Management & Admin: Maintain data systems, archive photos in cloud storage, and draft routine updates to parents and participants.
