Job summary

Rock Spot Climbing is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily programming including single-visit and multi-visit groups, recurring gym programs, and event coordination. You will be the main contact for event organizers and parents, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with local management and the Gym Manager.

Responsibilities include leading program scheduling, hiring and training Youth and Summer staff, and collaborating with Managers, Marketing, and Directors to implement

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or program management.
• Experience with employee scheduling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights/weekends.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Customer service background.
• Experience with youth of all ages.
• Indoor rock climbing and top rope belaying experience preferred.
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations.
• Previous industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service and manage gym operations.
• Hire, train, and oversee Youth and Summer Program staff.
• Develop and update program schedules and classes for the location.
• Collaborate with Managers, Marketing, and Directors on policies and programs.
• Maintain weekly staff schedules and communication with repeat customers.
