Qualifications

• Available Tuesday/Wednesday evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support weekly programs and community events, including setup, logistics and breakdown.
• Welcome participants and foster an inclusive, engaging experience.
• Maintain program data, attendance records and event documentation in Salesforce.
• Assist with event materials, guest speaker coordination, inventory and hospitality needs.
• Provide basic AV support and ensure spaces remain organized and event-ready.
