Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a part-time Production Associate to help load, sort, and process donated goods at the DeZavala location in San Antonio, TX. The role involves loading and unloading items, assisting customers and donors, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include donation station service, tagging and sorting items, and following safety and loss-prevention procedures while delivering friendly customer support and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers at the donation station.
• Issue donor receipts.
• Handle and sort donated goods.
• Load/unload donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow loss prevention and inventory procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
