Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a part-time Production Associate at our San Antonio location. You will load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, assist donors, and help with containerization and processing to keep the donation flow efficient.

Eligible candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, and handle lifting heavy objects when needed. This role involves varied shifts, day and night, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers at donation station.
• Handle, sort, and process donated items.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods with a hand truck.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
