Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Part-Time Production Associate at the South Park location in San Antonio, TX. You will load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and support processing and shipping while delivering friendly service to donors and customers.

This role requires 6 months to 1 year of retail or customer-service experience, physical stamina to lift items, and the ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and accepting donations at donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck onto or from pallets, racks or shelves to maintain workflow.
• Assist in stocking supplies and restocking materials for production and sales floors.
• Sort, tag and price donated items and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and safety procedures.
