Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and support processing and shipping. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help keep the donation area organized while following safety and loss-prevention guidelines.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to heavy objects with a team, and reliable attendance. This is a fulltime position with benefits and growth opportunities within a nonprofit focused on community

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer-service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accept donations at donation station with friendly, professional service.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort and price donated items, garments and hard lines with supervision.
• Keep aisles clean and organized; report hazards to a supervisor.
• Provide materials to team members and assist in operating daily store functions.
