Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Associate in Fairborn, OH to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will introduce shoppers to new products and provide friendly, enthusiastic service in a retail environment.

This role offers a starting wage of $13.25 per hour with the possibility of additional hours upon request. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with action-oriented mindset and teamwork.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
