Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to support in-store sampling and product demonstrations in Brooksville, FL. You will engage customers, explain products, and help drive sales during 2-3 shifts per week.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with growth opportunities within the company. The role demands the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
