Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to drive sales through in-store sampling. You’ll engage customers, present new products, and help shoppers discover items they’ll love. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

Work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with opportunities for additional hours. Benefits can be customized to meet your needs and offer wellness programs and discounts.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
