Job summary

Advantage Solutions in the United States is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect shoppers with new products and demonstrate how they fit daily life.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. This role offers 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with opportunities to grow, flexible benefits, and a safety-first retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean the work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently yet also contribute as a team member.
• Adopt a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
