Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly Retail Sample Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role involves connecting with shoppers, introducing them to new products, and promoting brand experiences at the point of sale.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. The position offers part-time hours (2–3 shifts per week), potential for additional hours, and benefits customizable to family needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
