Advantage Solutions seeks a friendly, energetic retail associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect shoppers with new products while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, available for 2–3 shifts weekly including weekends, and capable of standing for long periods. Training and team support are provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
