Advantage Solutions is seeking teammates to help shape shopping experiences through food and beverage sampling. You will engage customers, promote new products, and represent our brand with enthusiasm.

This role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities for growth within our network of 65,000 teammates. No prior experience required, and benefits are available to customize for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
