Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Culinary Team Member in Las Vegas to support heart-of-house prep and line cooking across hot and cold stations, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely production.

The role requires teamwork, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow recipes to Tao standards, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced casino, nightclub, lounge, and restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Experience as a prep and/or line cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality and cleanliness of the station.
• Set up prep station and perform opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Keep station organized, clean, and stocked with prescribed supplies.
