Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment; store food properly to prevent spoilage.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff; carry supplies and utensils as needed.
• Inform supervisors when equipment issues or inventory shortages occur.
• Prepare a variety of foods according to orders and approved procedures.
• Coordinate with team to meet guests' needs and maintain service standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and support line prep and quality control.
