Job summary

EatRamen Holdings LLC in Dedham, MA is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash wares, help prep, and maintain cleanliness to Health Department standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash wares by hand or in dish machines.
• Store clean equipment and dishes in designated areas.
• Assist in basic food prep as directed.

• Inform supervisors about equipment issues and low supplies.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines in kitchen and coolers.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and help with line tasks.
• Coordinate with team to meet guest needs.
