Qualifications

• Prior experience in related food service positions required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas and equipment to ensure safe handling.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, roasters to cook foods at correct temperatures.
• Check freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality.
• Handle, store, and rotate all food products according to policies.
• Follow recipes and portion food for serving with correct garnishes.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods and rush periods.
• Coordinate with team to meet guests’ needs and ensure smooth operation.
• Close kitchen following the closing checklist and support others.
