Job summary

The Roof Restaurant at Temple Square, a part-time prep cook role, is located in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in Salt Lake City, Utah. You’ll join a team known for excellence and contribute to high-volume kitchen operations requiring prep work, organization, and collaboration with line cooks.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or prep cook in a high-volume setting.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to recipes.
• Keep prep station clean and stocked before, during, and after service.
• Support line cooks and kitchen staff during service as needed.
• Assist with special projects, banquets, and events as assigned.
