Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice or compact licensure is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required; PALS within 90 days if ASC pediatrics is assigned.
• Experience in PreOp/PACU or similar setting is assumed for core or stated pathways.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implements and documents the care plan per physician orders and policies.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan as needed.
• Communicates patient status to the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Provides mentoring when appropriate and supports facility leadership initiatives.
