Job summary

Surgical Care Center of Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op, PACU and OR responsibilities in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves planning, delivering and documenting patient care within an ASC/OR setting.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, a current RN license, and a BSN is preferred. Shift hours are within the center’s Mon-Fri schedule; no late nights or weekend on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license required in the state of practice.
• One year of nursing experience in OR/PACU/ASC/ICU/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care.
• Supervise and direct patient care in the Operating Room.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, Anesthesiologists and OR staff.
• Support a safe, clean and efficient perioperative environment.
