Job summary

Surgical Care Center of Michigan in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op, PACU & OR. Full-time, with shift within 6:30am–5:00pm hours, no late nights, weekends or on-call requirements. 6:30am-5:00pm schedule, M-F; benefits include paid time off, maternity leave, and certification reimbursements.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license. BSN preferred; ASC/PACU/ICU/Telemetry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct patient care in an Operating Room.
• Ensure techniques and practices meet standards of care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient rights.
• Follow physician orders and management directions.
• Assist in training new staff and coordinate with departments.
