Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Wr entham, Massachusetts. You will lead a team to deliver a premium in-store experience while meeting sales targets. You will model Lindt standards, train staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires a proven retail background, the ability to delegate, and basic math skills. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with a pay range of $16 to $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background is required.
• Ability to take direction and delegate effectively.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills are required.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
• Model and communicate the store's sales mission to staff.
• Develop each team member's commitment to sales results.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and standards.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid stockouts/overstock situations.
• Assist Store Manager with staff training per Lindt guidelines.
• Train staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Escalate issues professionally to StoreManagement.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with QA policies.
