Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Park Rapids, MN is hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate daily living support. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, medication assistance, and dementia care in a home-like setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and block options. Must pass DHS background check and be 18+ (18+ with CNA license allowed). Benefits include PTO, insurance, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older, with an exception for those under 18 possessing a valid CNA license.
