Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Grand Rapids, MN seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care, maintain residents’ dignity, and support daily activities in a home-like setting.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and medication administration while fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families. Benefits include PTO, health/dental insurance, 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background check.
• 18+ years of age (with CNA exception) and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing residents.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding support and meal assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with care and respect.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (incl. mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments as directed.
• End-of-life care support as needed.
• Meal preparation for residents.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide activities and engagement to residents.
