Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Mountain Iron, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care, enabling dignity and daily comfort for residents. Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility, feeding, medication assistance, and dementia-related support in a home-like setting.

We offer flexible shifts (including night hours) with no mandated extra shifts, plus benefits and CNA certification reimbursement for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
