Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cloquet, MN seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant. You will support residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and personal care in a home-like setting. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and meaningful engagement for memory care needs.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background check.
• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible.
• Exception: individuals under 18 may be considered if they hold a valid CNA license.
• No mandatory shifts; flexibility to align with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance as needed.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with compassionate care.
• Transfer and mobility assistance including use of lifts.
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End-of-life care when required.
• Meal preparation and daily housekeeping tasks.
