Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Grand Rapids, MN is hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care. We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers who enjoy helping others and making a daily difference.

Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, dementia support, mobility transfers, medication administration, meals, activities, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• 18 years of age or older; CNA under 18 eligible in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Dressing and grooming support.

• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
